These Pin Boards are being sold AS IS. What is in the photo is what you get, no extra accessories included. Some of them were testers used for checking the design, and taking product photos and videos as examples. Some have small imperfections. Please browse through the photos to see what you are getting. Pin boards do not come with pins.
The multi color balloon boards I have available do not have a hanging hook but can still be hung by sitting the rim on a nail/tack etc or adding command strips. The also have a slight color bleeding meaning some other colors may be mixed in to it. The photo shows the exact board you will be ordering.
